Some problems[edit]

Here the law tells 15 or 18 depending on what aspect you mean. Not entirely easy to explain the differences. The law also tells: "skall inte dömas till ansvar om det är uppenbart att gärningen inte inneburit något övergrepp mot barnet med hänsyn till den ringa skillnaden i ålder och utveckling mellan den som har begått gärningen och barnet samt omständigheterna i övrigt". That tells more about the differences in maturity between the two than a simple number can. -- Innocent bystander (talk) 09:03, 29 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Personally, I'd add several statements with a qualifier linking to an item that gives some information to what it applies.

Since I myself has been involved in some legal cases recently (as a proxy) I have learned that there in many cases is not decided if something is legal or not until it has been reviewed by a court or a prosecutor. This definitely looks like such a case. -- Innocent bystander (talk) 20:39, 29 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
