This will:

• Use links with `Special:MyLanguage/` whenever possible, to show the user's language
• Bypass the mediawiki redirect from the `Manual` namespace to `Help:System message`
• Link to mediawiki documentation for skins, rather than the wikipedia article
• Link to the wikidata page for administrators, rather than the wikipedia article
• Remove mention of global sysops, since they are not enabled on this wiki (see Special:GlobalGroupPermissions)
• Bypass the redirect of {{Editprotected}}
• Use an interwiki link to translatewiki
