Remove P791

Badly encoded link to Commons category (P373) when a category has a "?" in its name
Hello, I previously asked on Wikidata:Contact the development and they redirected me here, I hope it's the good place to report this :
I noticed that when there's a "?" in the name of a Wikimedia Commons Category, it's not correctly urlencoded to "%3F" in the link on the wikidata Property:P373, so it's treated as an HTTP query delimiter on Commons, and thus does not lead to the correct entry.
eg on Q11700192 : "Commons category (P373)"="Pourquoi Pas? (ship, 1908)" the link is "https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Pourquoi%20Pas?%20(ship,%201908)" (which leads to "Category:Pourquoi Pas") where it should be "https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Pourquoi%20Pas%3F%20(ship,%201908)"
