Update & closing for round 1 review

Hello,

We've received an impressive 113 applications for the WMDE Hardware Donation Program. Out of these, 48 applications are in draft and won't be reviewed. After the initial review, we found 13 applications that don't meet the eligibility criteria. We'll now focus on evaluating the remaining 51 applications in the order they were submitted.

Over the next few weeks, we'll carefully assess these 51 applications.

Considering the high volume of applications, we're closing this round and will open a new phase when new laptops are available.
