Task/s: Apply pywikibot/harvest_templates.py to templates acquired from Turkish Wikipedia
Code: harvest_templates.py is part of the pywikibot infrastructure.
Function details: Function details:
- will identify cases where coverage of Turkish-related entities is lacking
- will inspect web pages for appropriate templates and map to P-numbers
- will apply harvest_templates.py to said templates
