Mass import of biographical information from LIBRIS (Q1798125).

Function details: We (Wikimedia Sverige (Q15279144)) would like to import some biographical data from LIBRIS (Q1798125). This upload will build on the previous one, in which we added Libris-URI (P5587) to about 60,000 items. The edits will be limited to those items; items without either Libris-URI (P5587) or SELIBR ID (P906) will not be edited, in order to avoid bad matches. No new items will be created either.
