Motivation[edit]

Windows Package Manager, that we generally call 'WinGet', is a FLOSS package manager designed by Microsoft for Windows10 or later.

It is one of popular solutions for fetching software from via CLI, and a good GUI frontend (WingetUI) exists, so it is not too much to say that the most popular package manager. This is the reason why I assume that this is helpful for many people.  – The preceding unsigned comment was added by AraigumaG (talk • contribs) at 15:17, 8 August 2023 (UTC).[reply]
