Motivation[edit]

ICANNWiki (Q108423233) is a read-only wiki (only few people can edit it) with information about top-level domains. ZandDev (talk) 23:23, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion[edit]

Question: @ZandDev: Have you given any thought about this suggestion by Lewis Hulbert? If not, I think it's worth renaming the label from "ICANNWiki page" to "ICANNWiki domain page" or "ICANNWiki top-level domain page". Regards Kirilloparma (talk) 04:52, 1 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Lewis Hulbert, Kirilloparma: No objection in Lewis' proposal. My initial proposal was only related to TLDs, but if you think that the pages in categories other than TLD are also equally deserving I'll be in favour of extending the domain of this property. remember to ping! --ZandDev (talk) 11:38, 1 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
In the case if the domain of this property will be restricted to TLDs, maybe should be better to add the TLD initial dot into the URL formatter, before $1. --ZandDev (talk) 11:40, 1 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, perfect then, I created the property without subject type constraint (Q21503250) >> class (P2308) >> top-level domain (Q14296) in order not to restrict its scope. Regards Kirilloparma (talk) 01:50, 2 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
