Motivation
To complete the Welsh rugby IDs, as men's rugby union ID already exist (Welsh Rugby Union men's player ID (P3826)). This would provide a link to women's rugby union players + men's rugby sevens players from Wales (women's rugby sevens ID seems not to exist).
p.s. : I try to gather IDs of the same country in one proposal, as suggested. If it's not working, I'll come back to the old way.
