Thanks so much for this very nice batch!
I saw your tweet https://twitter.com/fagerving/status/1014087647764123649 I totally agree that this is annoying! Sometimes this behaviour is the correct one (for some properties and qualifiers) but in your case you do want to match on just the target value, not the qualifiers. This is currently not possible when uploading the statements from OpenRefine. I have plans to make this configurable in the future though. In the meantime you can export your OpenRefine project to QuickStatements (via the "Wikidata" button) and upload your statements via QuickStatements. (If you want to redo this batch like this, it is possible: just undo it at https://tools.wmflabs.org/editgroups/b/OR/3fd93e5/

- Thank you for your feedback! I've only uploaded a small part of the data (and I've cleaned up the duplicate claims), so there's some left to experiment on... Maybe QS turns out to be more practical. In any case, I'm happy I was able to make a dent in this very badly formatted data source! --Vesihiisi (talk) 15:27, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
- @Vesihiisi: Great, that's what OpenRefine is for! In any case you can still use OpenRefine to generate the QS via the dedicated exporter - it *should* not require more work than uploading directly from OR. − Pintoch (talk) 15:32, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
