Danish municipalities[edit]

I've noticed that you've been editing a number of municipality of Denmark (Q2177636). Please note that they are municipalities, not towns or cities. Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality (Q514777) for example is a really just a large rural area, named after the 2 largest towns in it (Ringkøbing (Q502693) and Skjern (Q2035962)).--Hjart (talk) 13:48, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Thanks for checking! That's what I'm try to correct exactly. I know what a municipality is. Previously the Chinese translation for municipality is 自治市, which might give the impression that the place is a city with autonomous rights (autonomous city). And the name for municipalities in all other countries is 市镇. That's why I'm moving all pages of Danish municipalities to new names. The move has been discussed in Chinese Wikipedia community (see Talk:丹麦市镇 talk page). TuhansiaVuoria (talk) 17:58, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. It's just that Google translates 市镇 to "by" (Danish), which means "town/city" in English. This of course makes the move appear incorrect to me. Hjart (talk) 11:45, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
