Babel code for page on English Wikipedia not working

Hi Andy Mabbett, I tried to follow your suggestion to add en.wikipedia inside a Babel template on my user page, to indicate that I am active on that project. Unfortunately, it is not rendering properly. Is this because my Wikidata user page is being transcluded (?) from Meta, and Meta does not support that parameter?
