Hello Edo, at the moment I think about how I can add the periods of members of the parliaments. After many members are in more than one period in a parliament I cant add it with QuickStatements. In June there is the Wikidata Weekend and at this Weekend what is a Editathon about Wikidata I want to make something with the adding of statements about members of parliaments. Can you please help me creating a sript for that. So that I can make a batch upload. I have seen that there is a script of you for Edoderoobot import wd from csv. I think this could be used for creating the statements. I want to add a P39 statement with the item of the position of the member of the parliament and then as a qualifier P580 and 582 but maybe also additional ones.

I never finished that script, so this might actually be a nice occasion (we call that stick behind the door) to get that job done I once started two years ago. If I understand you well you need a format in the CSV to add a property, but also several qualifiers, driven by a CSV-formatted file. A nice challenge, I will take up.
Yes you have understand it right. It is great that you want to try to do it. I try to learn programming and maybe then I can understand how to do it and use it for other cases.
creating a property in pywikibot is a bit tricky at first... but I have good examples already, once you know the separate steps, it makes sense....
