Someone did a wrong match in my Mix'n'Match tool
Then there is a fault in the tool instead of the bot.
No it's a fault of the user using the tool
Then you need to prevent that user from misusing your tools and bot.
And we need to shut Wikidata down, because someone made a mistake here once, quickly!
Come on, stay reasonable
Because you've jumped to hyperbole now?
Quote you: "Then you need to prevent that user from misusing your tools and bot."
How? Manually patrol everyone's edits through my tools?
Go and block people for making a mistake?
Demanding 100% perfection is the hyperbole
No one asked to to manually patrol everyone's edits. That is hyperbole.
No one asked you to block anyone. That is hyperbole.
No one demanded 100% perfection. That is hyperbole.
Then why are we having this long discussion? You could just have fixed the mistake you spotted...
I did fix the mistake, but YOUR name it attached to the edit summary. I have therefore brought the error to YOUR attention. If you had no part in the edit, then the edit summary is wrong.
The Mix'n'match URL is now part of the edit summary
