It does not meet the notability policy. Neither the two identifiers nor the six P973 claims are serious, and some claims would have clearly needed references which they lacked. To my knowledge, Fielder is not properly described anywhere right now, he was just included in Wikidata because he created that attack video... If I am wrong, please point to it...
