Is there a way to restore this? You destroyed over 4 years worth of work -please don't give lack of notability as an excuse for this. Thank you.

1. You are only editing Wikidata for a month. How do you know that that this item was edited for four years? In case you have mutliple accounts, please read Wikidata:Alternate accounts.

2. Wheter an item is notable does not depend on how often it was edited but if it meets the criteria outlined at WD:N. Your recently created items like Continuity (Q57390607), no label (Q57386662), Exogamy (Q57397246), Celadon Candy (Q57414651) do not meet the notability criteria. Please add serious sources otherwise I will delete them too.

Sir, these items have existed in OTHER databases that use Wikidata for years as I have stated- Music Brainz, Discogs, etc.

It does not matter how OFTEN an item was edited, but surely items included in The Library Of Congress, The British National Library, the Archives of Canada reviews from All Music Guide, and Martin Strong would be credible sources.

Just based on your last statement you're showing that you've deleted items not based on notability, but on personal whimsy. That's not being a good editor at all.
