Please see this discussion for why we should probably get rid of this. For now I've put the Getty Museum ATE claim back in, which is crucial for artwork inventory and mapping purposes. There's really no logical reason why these two are in conflict. Thanks.

I will definitely read this discussion. Thank you for making me aware of it. I agree with you, for this item and others, as well, in the apparent lack of logic behind the inclusion of a constraint which triggers a conflict when both of these two properties are utilized in statements for a particular item.
