Ohh, sorry for misunderstanding, Normally for this type of work I used SPARQL and worksheets, so I haven't an off line list, I try to search in contribution of BOT

Done, I have restored 45 russian labels. Maybe now I remember. They was items with ru label but without ru sitelink and they was in conflict with other item with same label but with sitelink in ru, so I have deleted label in item without ru sitelink and add label in item with sitelink. ex.Q9915338 and Q27900616. Now there are different items with same label/description because undo bypass the duplicate constraint.

Thanks for the list. Most of them need special care indeed. But better to notice duplicate labels (and merge for example) than no label at all. I am working with them.
