Hi Ayack ... I think your bot might be responsible for adding multiple National Heritage List for England number (P1216) values to items such as Listed buildings in Congleton (Q15526623). P1216 has a single value constraint - it is designed to be used only on an single item corresponding to the listing; it is not designed to (in effect) replicate the contents of the list article within wikidata. I have some fairly grave concerns about listing the P1216 of entries found in a List Article, within the wikidata item for that list article ... I'm not convinced it is a good idea to do so, and I struggle to see the list content of the article as a useful property of the List Article item; and, of course, it makes the list articles turn up on potential merge tools such as the Distributed Game, by virtue of two items having the same P1216. I'd be grateful for your thoughts on the matter; thanks.

Hi, you're right, P1216 shouldn't be used on list item. I reverted the one you reported.

Thanks Ayack. I've set quickstatements off doing the same to a number of other list article items.
