Hello, I noticed that your bot imported thematic categories from simple, but connected them with same named en.wikt categories. But it is problematic:
simple.wikt have only one language - english, so their thematic categories were connected with english themes:
simple:Category:Animals = en:Category:en:Animals
Now there are many interwiki conflicts
