I think that mappings can be useful per se, so even single P31 Q5 statement could be automated.
This is what "structural need" means in my understanding.

None of the items on this list get automated deleted. It's only a maintenance list for me to find possible deletion candidates. John Daniel (Q23925344) will certainly not be deleted. It appears only on the list because it did not have a label yet.
I would exclude human mappings in checks - other items need more attention.
It is rare to know more than 10K+ people, we have millions of items.
Simply check people you actually know, then exclude items with Q5 claims.
