This template categorizes into Category:Properties with qualifiers constraints.
Usage[edit]

The list[edit]
Any number of properties can be added to the list
required=true[edit]
If added, makes it mandatory to add the qualifier
mandatory=true[edit]
The usual option, to make the constraints appear on Wikidata:Database_reports/Constraint_violations/Mandatory_constraints/Violations. Makes it impossible to add exceptions.
