Definition
[edit]Wouldn't it be better to define it as "which publishes publications which are fully open access"? I think we want to include a publisher which runs some DOAJ journal even if they have some other journal which is not open access. It's also hard to make claims about the total history of a publisher, unless we only want to include those created for the sole purpose of running OA publications. Nemo 19:47, 5 November 2019 (UTC)
I would disagree with the current statement that open-access publisher (Q45400320) subclass of (P279) educational institution (Q2385804).
