The original spelling is Lepilemur tymerlachsoni. This was corrected with the reasoning:

"In accordance with article 31.1.2 of the Code, “a species-group name, if a noun in the genitive case (see Article 11.9.1.3) formed directly from a modern personal name, is to be formed by adding to the stem of that name… -orum if of men or of man (men) and woman (women) together…”. Lepilemur tymerlachsoni is therefore an incorrect original spelling and is herein emended to Lepilemur tymerlachsonorum."

The specific name was indeed “proposed in honor of the Howard and Rhonda Hawk Family”; the problem here is that there appears to be no modern family name "Tymerlachson", and it is anybody's guess how this specific name was derived.
