Wrong merges?[edit]
It is mixed up between a disam and a family name item. The two cannot be together. People should avoid merging apples with pears, let alone apples with carrots. Now there is a "new" family name item. See Pject chat pls. Maybe this one could be turned into (I guess that was the original function?) a disam item.
