Discussion[edit]

Different cycles in different circumstances[edit]

Consider the source Golden hamsters are nocturnal in captivity but diurnal in nature (Q24657316)

@Lmalena, Arbnos, UWashPrincipalCataloger, Jura1: You participated in the proposal. Do you have ideas for how to qualify this? What seems correct?

Isn't lifestyle (P1576) mostly for humans?
"excluding (P1011) → captivity (Q2920296)" seems to work this way round, but I would be less convinced by "excluding (P1011) → wildlife (Q241741)" --- Jura 07:01, 16 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I think valid in period (P1264) is more accurate, there are also animals that shift their cycle if they live close to urban environments or not, or at winter/summer --Lmalena (talk) 13:53, 16 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
