@Erik_s_paulson: I think expected completeness (P2429) should be always incomplete (Q21873886) instead of eventually complete (Q21873974) as there is no expected final civic division. Iwan.Aucamp (talk) 18:21, 26 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
