[edit]GNU Emacs (Q1252773) runs on BSD (Q58636917), which is a subclass of Unix (Q11368).
The constraint should accept that, now it does not.

This should have expected completeness (P2429) of always incomplete (Q21873886)
[edit]There can always be new ports, so I think always incomplete (Q21873886) would be more appropriate. Iwan.Aucamp (talk) 08:04, 11 March 2020 (UTC)
