Extended Scope to project/org/person

I've extended the scope of this prop to be project/org/person because:

• It's unique in CORDA/CORDIS across all these types
• We need it for matching: some orgs have RCN but the EU Participant Identification Code (P5785) is not available

I also deprecated the formatter because:

• It applies only to Project (currently EC doesn't have a decent page for Org)
• We already have formatter on CORDIS Project ID (P3400), which is the official "external" ID of a project
• The RCN formatter (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/rcn) redirects to CORDIS Project ID (P3400) (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/) anyway

Note on Formatter

Previously the CORDIS site resolved two formatters. Now only one works:

• broken: http://cordis.europa.eu/projects/rcn/54503_en.html
• works: https://cordis.europa.eu/project/rcn/54503_en.html
