IDs not stable

It seems that shanghairanking.com changed the way they convert university names into URL slugs, e.g. "Karlsruhe-Institute-of-Technology-(KIT)" is now "karlsruhe-institute-of-technology-kit" or "Karlsruhe-Institute-of-Technology-KIT" (case doesn't matter). The ids on Paris Dauphine University (Q1546437) and Louisiana State University (Q1521725) are similarly broken. Dexxor (talk) 08:21, 7 August 2022 (UTC)
