What should be the rules for Instance Of for a Nobel Prize Winner?

- @Thadguidry: agree we now have Nobel Laureate API ID (P8024) see T251055 how we now also have a better linking model and I try to push this to more language wikis. I also have a dialogue with the Nobel people see T248939 and my understanding is that we will see new datasets coming and a new version of the API (T234889) that supports Linked data together with same as Wikidata...
