Items are similar but are not the same entity

If two items appear very similar but have been confirmed to be associated with different entities, the different from property can be used to declare that the items are different and should not be merged with each other.

A statement with the property different from should be added to both objects in question. If necessary, add the qualifier criterion used to state the grounds for distinguishing between the two items.

If two items are reputed to be the same according to some sources and different according to others, the said to be the same as property can be used to declare that the duplication is possible but questionable.

A statement with the property said to be the same as should be added to both objects in question. Qualifiers used with this property include statement disputed by and statement supported by.
