Ideas/wishlist[edit]

  • number of experiments per year/expedition grouped by sponsoring agency. This will show growth in scientific output (measured by number of distinct experiments happening) over time, and which agencies are doing the most - absolute and/or proportional
  • Which academic journals are the most common publication location of the resulting scholarly articles
  • Which are the most common sponsoring universities/agencies for individual experiments (over time)?
  • Is it possible to do a graph-representation of the ISS itself, with each segment/module connected to the next?
  • What is the gender ratio of the 'principal investigators' of the experiments - over time?, by sponsoring agency?
  • Number of experiments in each category over time
