    • Organize: Use categories, consider combining/breaking apart existing docs. Subject matter experts can help scope what’s missing.
    • Own! Docs development should be assigned, so that they get written.

    • Agree on a style guide
      • Guide makes it easier to read AND write documentation
    • Useful things to include in an internal style guide
      • Desired phrasings of often-used concepts, tone
    • Build process for community participation + review
      • Define and publish rules for participation
      • Good idea to keep owner and reviewer separate for docs
    • New arrivals can take on new documents
    • Commit time in your schedules to build out and clear up docs
