This page is a more definite version of comments in a thread on Wikidata talk:Database reports/Constraint violations/P486. It identifies three classes of duplications that will remain, for the purposes of the project work starting in November 2020. That work will consider initially only the MeSH IDs with prefix D.
Class I[edit]
These are duplications caused by the internal structure of MeSH. The first column is the Q-number, the second the "as topic" name in the MeSH vocabulary, the third its D-number. The fourth column is the "publication type" name, and the fifth its D-number. The first and second columns can therefore be used for Q-number lookup.
The Q-number is given as a link. Use "Related changes" as a check for edits on those items.
