- Approved. The test edits look good. Bot has the ability to slow down with edits. --Sk!d (talk) 09:43, 20 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
ViscoBot (talk • contribs • new items • new lexemes • SUL • Block log • User rights log • User rights • xtools)

Task/s: adding data from Infoboxes or bot generated list of items by category.
Function details: the bot will insert data from Templates like it:Template:Divisione amministrativa or it:Template:Bio. Furthermore using Items by cat tool I can run mass edits of items of a specific category, so I can (for example) add claims for entity type (GND), administrative unit in which it's placed and type of administrative unit very quickly. --ViscoBot (talk) 18:12, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Days ago I run a test (I didn't know it was forbidden for normal users) for train stations and italian comunes: here the list of the edits. --ViscoBot (talk) 18:15, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Hi, you never transcluded your request to WD:RfBot, so no one will notice it. Also, please log into your main account when commenting here, and make the test edits through the bot's account.
- I'm sorry, but I don't think I know what is RfBot that you linked, since it's a red-link page. I will use the main account to make comments and I did some test edits through the bot's account (for italian comunes of the province of Milan). --Viscontino (talk) 21:14, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Sorry, meant WD:RFBOT. Legoktm (talk) 21:15, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Done --Viscontino (talk) 21:25, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Should I make more test edits? --Viscontino (talk) 21:26, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Please also see Wikidata_talk:Bots#bot_moratorium for details on the current bot stoppage. Legoktm (talk) 18:33, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I will read it, thank you! --Viscontino (talk) 21:14, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I did another test, please check it and let me know! --Viscontino (talk) 11:28, 14 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Could you do another 50 test edits but with a only around 80 edits/min? you did 10 edits in only one second so 600 edits/min this is far to fast. The dispatcher cant handle these many edits. If you can fix this there should be no problem with the bot. --Sk!d (talk) 14:28, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Done, i fixed the problem setting a "wait" call between edits. --Viscontino (talk) 09:31, 20 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I assigned the "autopatroller" flag to the bot's account, since it's doing lots of test edits and it appears reliable enough. Regards, Ricordisamoa 14:52, 19 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
