Task/s: fix wrong statements for anthem (P85) and audio (P51)

Function details: after the proper discussion, Hazard-SJ has deleted Property:P48 ("anthem sound file"); but his bot has seriously damaged several items, e.g. adding "audio (P51) → The Brabanconne.ogg" to Belgium (Q31) instead of The Brabançonne (Q161539).

My bot would act as follows:

• Belgium (Q31) has "anthem (P85) → The Brabançonne (Q161539)"
• Belgium (Q31) has "audio (P51) → The Brabanconne.ogg"
• Does The Brabançonne (Q161539) have "anthem (P85) → The Brabançonne (Q161539)"?

  If yes, remove anthem (P85) from Belgium (Q31).
