- What is Phabricator
Phabricator is the web-based development collaboration tool mostly used to manage MediaWiki software projects including Wikidata. A short summary about Phabricator for newbies including tutorial videos is on the main Wikimedia Phabricator page.
- How to find Wikidata-related tasks
- Overview of tasks on the Wikidata Boards
- Search Phabricator using the "tag". Example Wikidata related tags include: Language codes, Wikidata Lexicographical data, Citoid, etc.
- Create a new task
- Search Phabricator if a task for the problem you’re reporting or the feature that you’re requesting doesn't already exist
- To create a new ticket, Go to
Project Management --> Tasks and Bugs
on the left sidebar and then click on Create Task under the search bar. - It's important to add the Wikidata tag to ensure that the task is discoverable as related to Wikidata
