Discussion[edit]

  •  Oppose I don't think the example items match well with existing Wikidata entries. For example the tropical forest (Q1048194) is an item about the tropical forest and not an item about how restoration of the tropical forest could save CO2. If there was an item called "restoration of the tropical forest" I think it would better apply. This is a problem with all of the articles on Drawdown, as they don't describe the items they have in the title, but describe how a specific item could be used to combat climate change. And maybe it would suffice to use described at URL (P973) in this case. --Kristbaum (talk) 09:15, 7 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Pauljmackay: Would it be okay for you if we closed this proposal as  Not done? (Also: Thank you for creating this proposal, I appreciate your work, even if it maybe wont become a property) --Kristbaum (talk) 09:19, 4 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Kristbaum: I appreciate and understand your feedback on this. In biomass (Q18537) I've tried to use described by source (P1343) to link to the page on Project Drawdown and then add a reference URL qualifier. Does that seem a bit more structured way to create a reference? Thanks. Pauljmackay (talk) 23:24, 27 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
