What you did and example to isn't the Swedish Government run website. So the external ID is for that specific website and is NOT the Swedish Organization Number and in that case should be a seperate External ID for that website if you want.
We need a link to see how useful the suggested property is. Please add an example link
Basically, an org. number is the company house id in Sweden. It's unique.
But it is public info if you call there and ask for it or order it from Bolagsverket (Company Register).
Problem is that Bolagsverket runs some lookups but they are hidden behind a POST call.
You can check using https://snr4.bolagsverket.se/snrgate/sok.do (search box is on the left) and https://bolagsverket.se/be/sok/etjanster/foretagsfakta/sok-foretagsfakta-1.8872 (search box in the middle). Use the IDs I provided in the examples.
So the value of the property should still be XXXXXX-XXXX but maybe not point to a website
