Merging Moorella items issues[edit]

Hi, can you please check the merging done between the genus of fungi Moorella Q19647130 and another item with the same name but related to a genus of bacteria? I've started a discussion about the issues that have appeared after merging, here: Talk:Q19647130. Eepavan (talk) 10:27, 2 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, my apologies. I have reverted the merge. Thanks Dumbassman (talk) 19:07, 3 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, thank you. Do you think that it will be possible for you to restore the item related to the bacterial genus as well Q19647141? Eepavan (talk) 13:31, 4 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, please don't forget to restore the item related to the bacterial genus as well Q19647141. After merging such unrelated items, other indirect issues are appearing.Eepavan (talk) 08:00, 10 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, I've tried to restore the item, but I get a "Undo failed" error. Can you please help me fix this? Thanks Dumbassman (talk) 08:21, 10 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, have you tried to restore a previous version from the original, no-redirected page https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q19647141&redirect=no? Eepavan (talk) 08:34, 10 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, and then I get the error Dumbassman (talk) 08:38, 10 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Effectivelly, undo is failing because, few days ago, a new item has been created Q61968765 which is linked to a wikispecies page. Eepavan (talk) 09:10, 10 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
So, I've firstly deleted such link, then restored the previous version of the item.Eepavan (talk) 09:11, 10 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

bad merge[edit]

Planispheric astrolabe (Q19280192) and Planispheric astrolabe (Q21500172) are 2 astrolabes created by different creators and in different centuries. They have different sizes, different look (based on photos) and reside in different institutions. Why did you merge them? --Jarekt (talk) 13:38, 8 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, my apologies. I made a merge outside my field of knowledge. Thanks Dumbassman (talk) 16:11, 8 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
