Twin cities[edit]
What are your unexplained reverts Special:Diff/1459960265 and Special:Diff/1459959748 about? Are you contesting my edit summaries? Both items are for a remaining settlement, which is merely a territorial entity, not an acting entity and can't conduct international relations and hence can't have twinned administrative entities. Twinned administrative entites are either of former coextensive municipalities, Valga City (Q23890516) and Jõgeva City (Q23890566), or current municipalites, Valga Rural Municipality (Q42846054) and Jõgeva Rural Municipality (Q1503436). These links should go to relevant municipality items. To avoid further confusion I now also clarified in respective Wikipedia articles that twin cites are of former municipalities. 2001:7D0:81DA:F780:8083:920C:26AD:DF60 09:09, 15 July 2021 (UTC)
