Greek City: Rio , Achaia - Рион (город)
[edit]Hi, there was a new "final" revision of Greek census of 2011, that was published in 2014. You can find it in the official statistical bureau site http://www.statistics.gr/2011-census-pop-hous)
About 25 settlements (villages up to big cities) had some differences-corrections in population, One of them was Rio (5252 instead of 4664 at the 1st published census ) , so i edited your edit in Q12884102
