This bot is for performing (future, bulk) tasks on Wikidata related to the data, images and collections of the Koninklijke Bibliotheek (Q1526131).

Planned tasks include

• Adding/editing data of approx. 2.7M authors of the the NTA dataset (and described in the Dutch National Thesaurus for Author Names WikiProject
• Adding data related to the special collections of the KB. In particular:

• data about alba amicorum, related to WikiProject Alba amicorum National Library of the Netherlands
• data about medieval manuscripts, related to WikiProject Medieval manuscripts National Library of the Netherlands
• data about catchpenny prints

• Adding/editing data about (historical) publishers, related to WikiProject Publishers of the Low Countries
• Adding/editing data/aliases of authors, translators, printers to existing Wikidata items
• Adding/editing data/aliases to existing publishers in Wikidata (STCN/Bibliopolis)
• Adding Nationale Thesaurus voor Auteursnamen ID (P1006), VIAF ID (P214), ISNI (P213), Library of Congress authority ID (P244) and other external identifiers related to KB collections to WD items
• Replacing dead, outdated or non-persistent links to sites of the KB with up-to-date and/or persistent URLs, related to this repo. For instance, replace non-durable KB catalogue links (eg. https://opc-kb.oclc.org/PPN?PPN=40239772X) by their persistent equivalents (eg. https://resolver.kb.nl/resolve?urn=PPN:40239772X)
• Periodic monitoring of completeness, quality and integrity of WD items related to KB collections, and correcting those issues programmatically.
