Description	identifier for an entry in the Verified Handles database VHID's, the acronym used by the service for the 11 digit identifiers, are permanent to an entry in their database[1]. They're partly powered by Wikidata as suggested by the disclaimer at the base of their site, but I've found many entries when browsing using the Special:Random function (they use MediaWiki) that have data that the corresponding Wikidata item doesn't have.

Motivation

Authoritative database in the public domain. I've personally used it for a few edits and some contributions.
