Hi, I am reverting the LGD code removal on Mon district(Q2339648). I am guessing it was removed because it was clashing with some other entity, If that is the case that is problem with the LGD local body code property itself. For now, I think it is a good idea to keep the clashing ones unless they refer to the same type of entity( state-state, district-district clashes or not ok, but other state-district clashes are ok ).
