In this edit today, you removed the statement "Spain is a country". That's not a good idea, because every piece of code that relies on Q29 having a P31 value of Q6256 breaks. Also SPARQL searches for countries in Europe don't include Spain.

I'm aware that the subclass Mediterranean country (Q51576574) exists, but if you remove country, that is little help to anyone writing code who then must anticipate every possible subclass and test for them as well. Let's keep it simple, please.
