Hi, ShinePhantom -- I note that you undid my removal of the "capital: Sevastopol" claims for Nakhimov Raion (Q2036985), Gagarin Raion (Q2636420), and Lenin Raion (Q2215879), citing Russian Wikipedia as a reference in all three cases. Could you please provide more detail for this reference, as I've looked at the entry for both Севастополь and these three regions but found no substantiation for the claim that Sevastopol' is the capital of administrative districts which are themselves a part of Sevastopol' -- which in any case seems topologically impossible.
