Accent in the toponym[edit]
The name Mues is monosyllabic; so, according to the Spanish orthographic rules, it doesn't have an accent. The Gran Enciclopedia Navarra writes it Mues, without an accent, as does the Instituto Nacional de Estadística, but the Gobierno de Navarra surprisingly uses the two variants, with and without an accent. --Pompilos (talk) 14:34, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
Nombre en la lengua nativo u original[edit]
El usuario Zorion añadió erróneamente el supuesto topónimo Muetze como nombre en lengua nativa u original, enlazando a la Real Academia de la Lengua Vasca (llamada Euskaltzaindia en vasco) como fuente. Lo quito porque 1) la lengua original o nativa del lugar, por lo que se sabe hoy día, es el castellano o español, 2) el nombre que las documentación atestigua desde la edad media es el de Mues, escrito de varias maneras, como puede verse en enlace de la misma RALV, y 3) La RALV considera que Mues es el único topónimo, tanto en vasco como en español. La forma Muetze aparece una sola vez en un solo documento de 1978, al que la RALV no le da mayor valor, simplemente lo incluye en una lista de nombres documentados.
