The term PM10 is used in air quality for particulates with a size below 10 microns, but may be meant to either include or exclude particulates of a size below 2.5 microns.

People that use either meaning seem to be adamant that these other people that use the other meaning are very wrong :) I have created new items for both meanings (as well as PM 2.5) so as to link from emission inventories with some clarity. Let me know if I've made a meal of it.
